Upvc window and door production line
6 machines will be enough for the first upvc window and door production line. It is needed to cut the 6 metre long upvc profiles with the cutting machine by 45 degree. Then you need to make a corner quadrat with the upvc welding machine. The surface and upvc corner cleaning machine will clean the welding seam.
After that you need to open holes and canals with the upvc copy router machine for including the upvc window accessory like handles or espangolete. The upvc profile end milling machine is needed to put a profile on the middle of the Windows.
The upvc glazing bead saw machine will cut the glazing bead profiles which will hold the glass on the window. So 6 machines will be enough for the first upvc window and door production line.
Regarding the series you want to use by different upvc profiles and brandnames it is recommended to use machines with more cutters or CNC processing machines.
